Free UPS Ground shipping to lower 48 states on all orders over $200. Standard shipping is UPS Ground.
Shipping charges for orders under $200 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. InFlataSaver ships to addresses Worldwide, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment to P.O. boxes is prohibited.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. InFlataSaver Inc. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Once an order is processed expect 2 to 4 days for your order to be assembled, packaged, and ready for shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot contact the customer to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. InFlataSaver Inc. will not be responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Any extra costs or charges due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping is through DHL or UPS.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes which are not included in the price at checkout. These duties and fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duty fees associated with your order.
Duty is a tariff payable on goods imported. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods, on behalf of the government. The rates of duty are established by your government, and can vary significantly from one product to another, and one country to another. Customs and duties are based on various factors, but specifically: Country of Origin and value or price of an item(original value, even if on sale).
At this time we do not have the ability to estimate either the cost of shipping, or any customs fees/duties on international shipments before placing an order. Please email us at Sales@InFlataSaver.com for all international orders. Please include the shipping address, your InFlataSaver products including the quantity, type, and size for all InFlataSaver products you wish to purchase. We will figure the shipping cost for this order through DHL or UPS, subtract any International Shipping discounts which may apply, and will email you the total amount including shipping for your approval.
InFlataSaver, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
InFlataSaver, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages that may occur during the shipping and delivery process. If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to allow a claim to be filed with the shipping company.
