What does "InFlataSaved Forever" mean to me?

The InFlataSaver system will facilitate the repair of your inflatable article until the original outer skin or the seams are no longer serviceable.

Can the InFlataSaver system be installed into the "Inflatable Floor" of these type inflatable boats.

No! The new design of inflatable floors utilizes what is called Drop Stitch Construction which means there are thread like stitches which connect the bottom layer in the water with the top layer you stand on. These Drop Stitches between layers make these type floors UNREPAIRABLE using the InFlataSaver system. ***The outer tubular ring of these type inflatable boats CAN be repaired using our system but NOT the Inflatable Floor.

My boat is a V-Hull inflatable KEEL. Can the InFlataSaver system repair the "Inflatable KEEL" tube under the aluminum/plywood floors of my boat?

Not yet available at this time! We have contemplated this particular dilemma and will release an InFlataSaver valve kit in the future which is a similar type system valve and inner tube (10-12 inch Diameter) which will be inserted into the full length keel tube to facilitate the repair of this type of Inflatable Keel boat with Plywood or Aluminum floors.

*A future InFlataSaver product under consideration is a PVC V-Hull shaped under-floor bag for puncture resistance with InFlataSaver inner tube and attached valve kit. This system will fill the entire keel area under the plywood/aluminum deck. 1, 2

How do I order to fix my inflatable? How do I select a package for my boat?

Whether ordering a single One Chamber Kit to repair one leaking chamber, or taking off on a cruise around the World, InFlataSaver has a solution. No problem to order just one to fix the old inflatable in the garage, but when you are away from civilization and off the beaten path a different approach is needed. This is where you can save big $$$ by taking advantage of a package and choose a kit that will repair every chamber of your boat with a few spares. Whether you just joy ride on the weekends, or exploring the World, you know you have a solution for your inflatable boat, no matter what Mother Nature or the nail on that old dock in the Out Islands throws at you.

* All packages include Free Shipping UPS Ground to the Lower 48 states.

Can I place a custom order, and still get the Package pricing discounts?

Yes. When ordering any package you may choose to upgrade any ERK kit to HDR at no extra charge, and you may choose any combination of either for that package.

* This allows you to tailor the purchase of the InFlataSaver system to your individual needs. Now you will be protected for years to come, whenever and wherever you use your inflatable boat.

Notes:

1. The first boat fitted with the InFlataSaver repair Kits and prototype InFlataSaver Air=Keel system was in fact my own original 2001 12′-6″Achilles V-Hull Inflatable Keel boat. This boat I received in a trade for canvas work and was “like new” when traded in late 2006. I used it for many years as a tender for my live-aboard 39′ catamaran sailboat and local fishing excursions before the transom rotted and I stopped using it for fun. It was then stored for many more years before replacing the transom with a balsa cored fiberglass transom. One of the tubes had a large hole where wood ants made a nest inside one of the chambers. I repaired this inflatable boat because I was moving to Boot Key Harbor in Marathon, Florida Keys and needed a good tender while on a mooring ball. I patched the ant hole using a very large glued patch($35 Hypalon Glue/$35 Large Hypalon Patch kit3pcs) which I let dry for several days before I tested the patch for air holding which was As-New and did not leak a bit even over several days. When I left for the Keys every single chamber of this 16 year old boat held air as new, but when I left the harbor two years later every single chamber seemed to leak and needed pumping everyday from continued everyday use in the harbor with only a 2 hp outboard. I used this dinghy everyday when I started this journey of discovery and learning to develop the skills needed to bring InFlataSaver to market and you. These struggles we face as Cruisers with our De-Flatable boats is just another everyday frustration we face to enjoy our lifestyle. Wine vs Beer? Hard vs Soft? lol you get the point but InFlataSaver changes Everything in inflatable boats and RIBS! No More De-Flatable boats again. Ever!

2. I fitted a prototype version of the InFlataSaver Air=Keel above in the same 12’6″ Achilles , and it worked spectacularly but had some interesting benefits other than no water sloshing around under the floor. The old V-Hull shape became a round under-hull shape with the added benefit that the pressure of the bag over the entire length made the entire plywood floored boat MUCH more rigid overall. It seemed to jump through the chop with almost not flexing and bending as before. It also had to do that all four chambers of this boat were repaired with our system which added to the overall rigidity. The only down side discovered, if that is that physics and the InFlataSaver system puts a MUCH LARGER overall pressure underneath the entire length of the floor because this product fills/inflates the entire keel area. If your boat has weakened with age or rot this system could bend and even break your floors if INFLATED IMPROPERLY. This is why we will not release this specific product until the InFlataSaver Pressure Relief Valve is integrated into our product line so that this system will prevent the over-inflation of this type repair bag.
